24-Hour Cancellation Policy
As a small, owner-operated gym, I value your time and appreciate your respect for mine. To ensure I can provide the best experience for all clients, I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.

No-Shows: If you don’t show up for your scheduled session without notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
